01 Are there any setup or onboarding fees? +

No. There are zero upfront costs on Contract Management or Employer of Record. Contract Management starts at $49 per contractor per month and drops with volume (to $39 at 6+, $29 at 16+ contractors), or per-employee fees when you start an EOR engagement.

02 How does Contract Management volume pricing work? +

Contract Management is priced per active recurring contractor per month: $49 for 1-5 contractors, $39 for 6-15, and $29 for 16 or more. Every contractor's first month is 80% off. One-time, fixed-scope contracts are a flat $49 with no recurring fee. Custom rates are available by agreement for larger teams.

03 What exactly is included in the EOR monthly fee? +

Employment contract, monthly payroll, PF and ESI registration and filing, TDS computation and returns, state-level registrations across all 28 states, Form 16 at year-end, regulatory monitoring, and dedicated support.

04 Why does EOR pricing change based on salary and team size? +

Higher salary employees have more complex tax and compliance handling, so the fee scales modestly with comp. Volume discounts kick in at 10+ employees (about 13% off) and 25+ employees (about 27% off).

05 Is there a minimum contract length? +

No. Contract Management starts at $49 per contractor per month (volume discounts to $29), cancel anytime. EOR has no fixed term, you can offboard at any time, subject to standard Indian labour law notice periods.

06 What's the transaction fee for paying Indian employees? +

You pay in USD. We disburse INR to the employee's bank account and add a flat 0.4% transaction fee, the lowest in the EOR market. The fee is visible on every invoice, locked at the time of payment. Most providers hide a 3-5% margin in the conversion.

07 What payment methods are supported? +

ACH and wire from US, UK, EU, and Indian bank accounts. Card payments are supported on smaller transactions. Contractor payouts via Contract Management land in local bank accounts across 180+ countries. EOR salary payouts go to Indian bank accounts.

08 Can I switch from Contract Management to EOR as the engagement grows? +

Yes. The typical path is Contract Management for contractor work → EOR when the engagement is full-time and you want statutory benefits. We handle the transition in-platform, no need to find a new provider.
