Do I need a US or India entity, or is EOR enough?
It depends on what you are doing. If you only need to employ people in India, you often do not need your own entity at all: our Employer of Record hires them on your behalf. You need to incorporate when you want your own legal company, to sell or raise in that market, hold local contracts, or own IP directly. The team helps you make that call before anything is filed.
What information do you need from founders?
Standard know-your-customer details for the founders and the company: identity and address proof, and information on the directors and shareholders. The exact checklist depends on the jurisdiction and structure, and the team sends it to you after the scoping call.
How long does it take?
