Founder's Office Intern (Research & Strategy)

About the role

Omnivoo is building the employment infrastructure for global companies hiring in India (EOR: payroll, PF, ESI, TDS, compliance, Form 16) and for paying contractors worldwide. We are a small, fast-moving team shipping real product every week.

As a Founder's Office Intern you sit next to the founders and take on the open questions that decide where the company goes next: what to build, which market to enter, how to position, and what the data says. It is a high-ownership seat with a short feedback loop.

What you'll do

• Run deep research on markets, competitors, pricing, and regulation across EOR and global contractor payments.
• Turn messy inputs into crisp one-pagers, memos, and decision docs the founders act on.
• Support go-to-market experiments: outbound lists, positioning tests, landing pages, and tracking what works.
• Pull and analyze data to answer specific questions, and flag what the numbers are actually saying.
• Sit in on customer and partner calls, capture the signal, and follow up on the loose ends.

What we're looking for

• Strong research and writing: you can go from a vague question to a clear, sourced answer.
• Analytical and comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Self-starter who ships without hand-holding and asks good questions.
• Genuine interest in fintech, HR tech, compliance, or global hiring.
• Available for a full-time, 3-month remote internship.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or project at a startup.
• Familiarity with Indian payroll/compliance or cross-border payments.
• Comfort with basic SQL or data tooling.
